The training is aimed at SIM Centre staff and teaching staff interested in conducting scientific research in medical simulation. During the training, participants will learn, among other things, how they can use the potential of simulation centers to conduct scientific research, what are the opportunities and limitations associated with conducting such research, as well as gain practical knowledge on:
- research management from idea to publication,
- principles of constructing research teams,
- sources of funding and methods of raising funds,
- selection of appropriate tools and research methods for defined objectives.
